While we are on the subject of poor service. I have been vocal to the club for many seasons and they keep outputting terrible match day service with Swans TV. I am aware that this might not be of such importance to others but I pay for their service only to have the match stream not working on their site until 30 minutes into the match last weekend. There customer service is non existent and every season there is an issue. Last year it was audio issues and matches not working and finishing early. This season its been pre season stream not coming on for the 1 game though I paid and the other issue above.
My point being Keith, it would be great in someway if maybe you can highlight this to Swansea themselves or via an article, social media or something. They just don't listen to the people who have no platform. I just feel across the board from tickets to online service the the club is really being run like a bunch of amateurs. | | | |

I appreciate that Keith. I know it's asking alot, but it's a battle I have had with them for years. I have spoken to a number of people in the club even at one point had phone call many moons ago.
It might sound dramatic, but I raised issues with the club's service and wasn't getting anywhere and pointed out to them at a time when they was making a strong statement about supporting mental health week, that they couldn't even support their own fans with such problems. I like many others live with mental health and match days via Swans TV is my only outlet.
Take last weekend, the stream did not work and started 30 minutes into the match. What is little concern to them meant I like many was left disappointed and unable to watch the full match. This is not the first time and has happened season upon season.
I even tweeted them with #jacksathome last week and could hear the Swans commentator reading the tweets and then skipping mine when raising issues.
