Contracts extended until Jun 2028. Brilliant news for the club.

Poll: How many polls will Leadbelly do this season?

That is wonderful news for Colchester United and its supporters. Geography has been your friend. On the face of it turning down Bradford City a few weeks before joining The U's seems ridiculous. But family ties and their children's education are clearly and understandably their priority.

It is going to be a very exciting and successful three seasons providing their squad is not asset stripped every summer. Good luck to them!

Excellent news, and a shrewd move in response to the murmurings of discontent amongst the, until now, faithful.

On its own, it’s not much use if the Cowleys don’t have the cash to attract, and more importantly keep, players that are good enough. They are not magicians.

The timing of this makes me a little nervous, I hope it's not a cover for some bad news. I'm looking forward, hopefully, to seeing a full line up of our best players later today.

Have you been to both Bradford and Colchester?

After the dross of the last 10+ years and the dire financial constraints DC/NC are working under, I think most U's supporters appreciate how lucky we are. I can't imagine there'd be a long queue of decent replacements.
