Could Jack Stephens actually be correct ? 23:55 - Oct 4 with 612 viewssaintmark1976

If the rumour earlier in the week that the senior professional at an underperforming Championship team approached the Club’s Chairman to complain at the lack of progress was Jack, should we be surprised ?

If it was him I don’t condone his behaviour in any way and he certainly isn’t the best player in the world but I think it safe to say that he currently is well placed to see what’s going wrong.

If most of us supporters don’t have a clue as to Still’s game plan or substitutions perhaps the players are similarly frustrated and confused and asked him to make an approach on their behalf ?

I definitely think it's a bit strange that a forever-present player, that is never injured, is suddenly not even in the squad for two weeks running, in the same week that rumours surfaced about a bust up, the team is underperforming but who knows. Will Still is certainly not categorically stating that Stephens is a big part of his plans, is his captain, will be back soon or anything like that. Very minor references to having an ankle injury I think.
