My only regret is not appointing Danny Rohl. He was my choice when it came to WS or Rohl but heyho. I just think he knew the club, knew English football - especially the Championship - and his reports from Sheff Wed fans last season were glowing. He also worked with some very good managers in recent years and just seemed like he'd be a good fit for a club just relegated from the Premier League - looking to go straight back up.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing they say - and I would love nothing more than to be proved wrong about Will Still. Alas, I am far from being convinced by him thus far. | |

I can’t put into words how disappointed I am we have missed out on getting Danny Rohl.
He would have made such an impact here.
While Forest and Rangers and possibly West Ham have moved quickly to improve,we watch our club disintegrate into such a shambles.
How many victories have we had at St. Mary’s over the last two years?
I do hope I am overreacting to the present situation but it so dull at the moment.
New players playing musical chairs.the shortest forward line I can remember who couldn’t hit a barn door, our best forward hope injured yet again and a player on 70 thousand a week can’t even get game.

Fear not grumps, Sports Republic know what they are doing.
A win at Bristol City tomorrow and another at Blackburn on Saturday and we are back in the game so to speak.
On the other hand. Anything less and it’s season over before the clocks go back and seven more months of mid table mediocrity to look forward to in a stadium with an ever increasing number of empty seats.
Given that our odds of winning the league have tumbled from 5/2 to 16/1 after just ten games it’s not difficult to see what the bookies think of our chances and let’s face it they don’t get it wrong very often do they ? | |
