| Groundhog season on the horizon. 23:16 - Oct 23 with 2340 views | RhonddaSwans | When Alan is finally going to get booted ? The side we have should be smashing it the players we have should be doing so much better. I have had enough of the negative style of play week in week out. Alan is losing the fan base. I am not one to jump on the bandwagons of Sheehan out . As we are clueless from the stands compared to our gaffer. But god alive we have some serious talent here and it is going to waste. If we played a fluid counter attacking system mixed into the high pressing game we would be impossible to play against. Be honest since the forest win we have been utter garbage. I just feel deflated pre season we were looking like challengers on paper to where we are now. Sheehan has to evolve his style or move aside . Can Idah play on the wing? VIP needs to start or we need two up top. Is anyone else feeling this? [Post edited 23 Oct 23:16]

It is interesting that O'Dea was a centre back whereas Fotheringham was a goal scoring midfielder. Sheehan was a left back. At the moment we have two people's who careers were both spent concentrating on defence.

Nothing in our performances/results will change whilst our CB pairing have 10x the touches as our wingers and strikers do.

I don’t think anyone is saying he doesn’t have any influence. I’m not buying he’s the prime reason we’re so much worse than last season though. Last sentence is bang on. We don’t attack through the middle, so if we get shut down on either side, it just goes backwards, then sideways to the other wing and we start again. Sheehan desperately needs to find someone who can receive the ball centrally in the final third and commit defenders.

Spot on Regards our attacks we also seem ro strive to use our left hand side and Ttmon as iur main focus. This was very noticable in Wednesday...we seem to have the sideways passing untill we can create an ioening down that side. There were lots if occasions in thr first half where Innoussa aand Galbraith had liads if space but the ball was being oassed baxk and fore before going out left.

Also in the 2nd half Tymon was crossing earlier and from deeper positions and QPR defenders didn’t like it
