Been reading the site on & off for a while. Decided to join up and talk QPR, with some sensible fellow fans. Having finally squeaked "over the line" and secured safety for another season, I've found myself weirdly optimistic that one summer later we'll be the Real Madrid of the Championship. On the QPR front I want the released list announced, the transfer rumour rollercoaster pushed off for the start. As I say ridiculously excited/optimistic, even having read the match report!

M'lud, if it pleases the court, what's your take on the other simmering board issue: clotted cream first (the northern inbred mongrels option if you will) or, strawberry jam first (fine upstanding Yeoman of the guard, the scent of an English rose and the sound of leather on willow preference of the more enlightened)?

Feck me you ARE optimistic. I was so depressed by that report that I took two days to read it all the way to the end.
I also can't get past half way on last week's Podcast. I got to the bit where Finney starts a minor rant about "neglect" and had to give up. Too depressing.
You wouldn't mind listening to the rest of it and letting me know if there's anything in it that won't make me suicidal?

Having deliberated in my chambers on the honourable gentleman's fruity dilemma, and having consulted many many experts in the field of Scones or scones if you'd rather, along with fruity people, and those of dairy persuasion I feel it is my duty to come down on the side of the fair minded Yeoman and English roses of this fair Isle. Jam being of fruit should be slathered on followed by the cool snow like cream on top.....As of any mountain top, the snow must top it. Court dismissed
