These lads are really up against it while they are playing games with limited pace and intensity, no matter how talented they are.

We keep our youth players around and coddle them too much. All of them should be available for loan from the age of 17. Get as many out there playing actual competitive football as soon as possible.

They're not developing quickly enough playing in the youth grades.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
