It very obvious to all of us that the likes of KWP & Bednarek are not ill or injured.
They are not playing because they are being protected from injury.
They probably already have a commitment to move on.

Understand your frustration but I don’t think you can expect any club to issue a statement saying players under contract are not playing because they have moves planned for next season. It doesn’t happen whether it’s obvious or not. |  |

WHU made an offer that was accepted - otherwise he wouldn't have been allowed to speak to them, which by several accounts he did.
I have no gripe with KWP, he's done well for us, but he wasn't showing loyalty to us. He and/or his agent just knew that he could get much higher wages by leaving now for free than by taking what WHU were offering. If he wanted to show loyalty to us he would have signed a new contract last summer.
I totally agree that if he is refusing to play then he deserves stick, but the way these things work it's more likely to be that he reports a tight hamstring or similar, rather than outright refusing to play. | | | |
