Not a patent lawyer but no a bit, trademarks very difficulty to protect, multiple juristictions etc.
Trademark usually only applies to a category , I.e Food and beverages is a different category to Health.
You can't trademark common shapes or terms so in this scenario, you cannot trademark the red triangle, and the name, font and colour of the name are different enough |  | | |
