I'm pretty sure I've seen him. I used to go over to see a mate in Greenford (RIP) about that time. Mostly The Black Horse for the Fullers, but went to some other local pubs that had entertainment.

Right, so here’s a song I heard on the radio in about 77 or 78 and my snotty, punky self thought, “I love that!” but I didn’t get who it was by and never heard the bloody song again. Then a good 20-odd years or so later, I was in the bog in some hotel room with MTV or some music channel on … and there came that riff. Brilliant stuff ….
Fckimng love this track and love this band. One of the first punk bands that I saw back in 1977.... amazing live too....
