I suppose it's the fear that we all have that we sign a player that comes with a certain rep and he along with the 10 others are going to propel us to the Prem and it all turns to dust by mid Nov when these forum are filled with 20 pages of vitriol for the said player for being utter dross, the fear that as we age some of us will never see the Swans mixing it with ghe big boys again, in reality when we have lovely wives and kids why the Prem matters so much is an odd thing but it does and by Christ it does matter to me and the majority of Swans fans especially as we get older, we desperately want every signing we make turn out to be the next superstar who wants to spend the rest of their career as a Swan, as they say it's the hope that that kills you well heres hoping. |  | | |
