At least they have changed it thanks to Plaid. Obviously those making the decisions in the Senedd are not bright enough to see obstacles and issues, but do they not even discuss these policies.

I suspect that they, nor their advisors nor the civil servants in charge of implementing policies have any experience of catching the bus or bus fares otherwise they’d have picked this up at the outset.

This is a good idea and helps young people get about without worrying about money. Bravo the Senedd. They will not get any credit for anything on this forum..

The problem is the way it was implemented. They tried to rush it through without consultation, that's why Plaid had to step in. Yes it is a good policy by the Senedd but only brought about by the changes in school transport in Wales.
