He’s repeated some info we reported two days ago on McBurnie as well today.

The work we did on the weekend on McBurnie and this Chelsea guy has been rehashed by this pathetic individual. This website has sent legal letters, they ignore them, they have tried to find some common ground it is ignored. This is most certainly plagiarism and we have supplied endless examples of it.

Tom Coleman is stealing a living and in turn taking money away from the Brain Tumour Charity. We will now have to go completely legal, this is my work primarily, and I’m absolutely sick of it.

I have contacted and had a discussion with REACH PLC CEO, Piers North. He has stated if this is provable, and it is he will take action.

While I fully appreciate the clear frustrations experienced by Coleman's perceived plagiarism, producing thoughts of legal action, it really needs to be thought through.

Legal action is a) damned expensive and b) not guaranteed to succeed.

I appreciate there may well be sufficient examples available that 'proves' this to 'us posters,' but that doesn't mean it'll win the case. I don't pretend to be a solicitor, but I do have experience of what it could all entail.

Professional advice is most definitely needed, before any thoughts of rushing into action.

My thoughts would be, to continue to save as many examples of Coleman's articles as possible, in creating an undeniable collection of evidence, before producing it for the regulator. That way, hopefully both Coleman and WoL would face appropriate sanctions.

Innocent bystander question.

When news breaks. Like a shooting or whatever. Every news channel runs the story regardless of who ran it first.

Why is this different

I suspect the most msm channels do their own reporting, the WOL basically copy keef and liams work.

Keep sending out the occasional spoof report. When WOl print it, he’s going to look a right knob.

Just do it.

It is so easy from the sidelines encouraging OTHER people to go to court. It was Swnsea fans who wasted every ones time with the Trust's money. 2017 - 2023.

The sort of got a settlement and after SIX settled getting back off the other owners just the money they spent in legal fees. I would argue that £500k could instead have gone to buying players or reducing debt.

People enjoy posters keeping the board fresh with interesting threads and intriguing discussion. Regurgitating stale agendas is just so boring and pointless in the extreme, nobody is interested.

really speaking I don;t think you should hijack a thread of this nature because the site owner finds Coleman's behaviour deplorable and may take umbridge at you spouting more trust nonsense on this thread.

Or he may just ignore you, lets wait and see.

Thing is, the Chelsea Chronicle website are stating Guiu won't be joining us crediting the Wales Online with this information.
WoL and Coleman are getting undeserved credit and this really has to stop.

Hello mate, because this is specific news regards a potential item of lesser interest.

And it is specific. The work had been done by one person and taken from them by another.

Although news stations throughout the world do have their own exclusives on LIVE shootings as an example, it’s just a case of who gets it on first in that instance to gain the credit. LIVE from the scene shots when utilised by other news networks will always credit that initial report. Huge invoices will be sent if they don’t.

Here the example is one journalist feeding of a website and its reports not only taking credit for his report but also he doesn’t even credit the actual news report that he has stolen. Which in turn affects our income for the brain tumour charity. He has done it before with Only Swans.

It’s gone so far now Tom Coleman will never do so as there are 24 complaints against him from us (and numerous others) which are now being dealt with by REACH PLC. If he does now he will look like his trousers have been pulled down.

They are in a very difficult situation as we collate the complaints and retain them for civil redress via our union.

It’s like our Richard Kone report from Dec 2024, if he goes near that it will be complaint 25.
