How is the service going for you, positive and not so positive ? As a fans website we would like to hear from you on your viewpoint. The club need to better understand the positive and not so positive areas they need to deal with. It will reach the club.

Any recommendations, additional content before and after the game or viewing experiences. This is open for all and is an opportunity to ensure your messages get across to the club.

I think Ao’C is excellent to be honest. The good thing is that he’s fair in his assessment not one eyed like so many others.
Wyndham? Totally agree. The new set up doesn’t allow for pundits though I don’t think.

I don't want to be unfair to commentary, but I sent multiple tweets with #jacksathome and while he was reading them, I was also reading them in the order he was receiving them. You can hear him starting to read a tweet and then stop, realising it was a complaint. He did this multiple times. He even went as far to change what a tweet said by me saying, X from... Says well done lads.. Etc...

Be it him or the people in charge he needs to inform fans that technical issues occurring and they apologise. By hiding away from this angers fans even more.

Well here’s my experience, I do pay for Swans TV and share it with a subscriber mate who I’ve known for years. I also have Sky so it works out well.

Swans TV is frustrating, it does buffer and it does freeze most games I watch. I have also contacted the club as has my mate. Thing is if they are refunding money and not dealing with it they are losing money. Compared to other Championship clubs there needs to be a pre match and post match. Run adverts on the screen if needs be. The fans need service, tickets, communication and things like this.

I’ve seen nothing on the club website mentioning issues. This is another problem (Point it out if that’s incorrect)

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

If they are not listening to you Keith then I have little faith in the future with them. Honest that's mad.

They started to remove ads at start of last season. As it was all local based for years. Swansea University, Trunds doing hotel advert to Vodka.

I understand the mindset they may think, ok so if we cannot offer any matches to fans in the UK even in mid week then let's stop.

But why not start doing international adverts? Push your own store, and all of that. I myself work on marketing and it amazes me how such a club as Swansea don't get the basics right.

I don't want to isolate people in marketing but if they spent less time fussing with match day graphics and changing them all the time due to feedback and doing posts, and spend more time speaking and communicating with thier streaming provider and actuallly put a tweet out saying there is issues. Then maybe fans won't be so angry.

I think the club feels that if they acknowledge the issue it makes them look bad. But by ignoring it, it lmakes them look worse.

Believe me I have worked with many bosses who like to hide from issues it always catches up with you. They really need to face this head on.

Did you pay directly for SwansTV or was it a stream?

I thought that Swans TV was only available to supporters living abroad not in the Uk.

Or is is it certain games that are available depending on kick off time and whether its on sky.

Further Update - Swansea Trust has spoken with the club and they was aware of my complaint. Also media department has been in contact with me. I did reply to them and emphasis that they need to communicate with fans via twitter (x) and via commentary etc if issue arise as hiding from talking or mention about it, will go a long way. Let's hope something comes from this.

Hi.....

I totally understand your frustration with the Swans TV Live service this season, we’ve faced multiple challenges. The service is reliant on multiple platforms working together in conjunction with each other, so a lot of the issues we face is due to one of them platforms either not working the way they should, or not connecting to one another.

The pre-season match – this was due to an issue from our broadcasting partner, where the club didn’t receive the feed in time for the match. The club announced this prior to kick-off, and refunded supporters. You, as a pre-season bundle holder, was refunded £5.

The Middlesbrough match, some supporters received issued up until the 31st minute – we’re currently undergoing an investigation on where this issue lies which is taking a bit longer than we’d have liked, but if you’d like to request a part-refund, or a refund/ removal of your annual pass please let us know.

As for the commentary, Anthony O'Connell is obviously a nice fella, but he’s soo bland. As for Wyndham Evans, a local legend when playing, but someone take the batteries out of his mike if he’s on again.

I just can’t listen to Anthony’s drivel. I always put the other teams commentary on.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.
