He is just about to turn 34 but this is the championship.
He will have slowed down a bit and wasn't a regular starter for Girona but he could do a job coming off the bench.
His wages would be too high, I don't think he was on much in Spain in UK terms so I dont think there will be an issue there, especially as there is no transfer fee.
We need a leader, but in the past he was never really a leader other than by example
Weighing it up he could be worth a punt, other than the fact that we have a bloated squad to start with. |  |
