Personally, I’d be tempted to change the central midfield, and bring in Field for Varane or Madsen. Think we’ll need a little more defensive nous in there today. Hayden can then replace one and the other replace the other. Gives us more options as the game unfolds. But you’re right, very tempting not to change a winning side and would be fair.

It would be tough on whoever is dropped Hunter, if I was the one that was dropped I would not be too pleased. I thought, to a man, they can all be happy, not just with the result but their own personal performances. And Wrexham, whilst they did not look a good side we still had to beat them and R's were 27/10 with Bet365 to win so the bookies thought we would get beat. My view is that we played pretty well overall and some very decent play on occasions from us. Onwards to today, I fancy us, close but we play well and we win, the subtle changes will help us - what about you?? And btw, all this negative stuff being posted about Field is well wrong, he still a big team asset. [Post edited 20 Sep 11:27]

It’s very hard to know what to expect of Stoke, tbh. Excited by Kone and Burrell up top. Obviously Saito is dangerous, but they appear to have been robust at the back with good players in attack. Could be any of the results. What is really encouraging is the bench looks like it’ll be very strong which gives us options if the game isn’t going to plan. Will be happy if we don’t lose. Remain unbeaten at home.
