Is now down to EFL to decide if result stands "as is" or game to be replayed. Bizarrely there's no precise formula, say if less than 70mins it's a replay.
I think Morecambe have had two abandoned this season and EFL ruled one result stood and tge other game to be replayed.

It was Scunthorpe that had two games abandoned.

The match at Eastleigh(?) was the referee abandoning the game & is being replayed, but Wealdstone players refused to continue the match with Scunthorpe & was deemed a 0-0 win for Scunthorpe (technically awarded as a walkover).

From an Ipswich point of view (my son's) having a goal taken away from Cantwell was very welcome, as was not having lost, but that is offset by the suspaension still applying for the player sent off.

The FA Cup Second Qualifying Round tie between Sporting Khalsa and Hereford was rightly abandoned in the 67th minute last week due to the racist abuse of the Khalsa goalkeeper by two knuckle-dragging Hereford ‘supporters’. Don’t know if that’s ever happened at a higher level but if not it should have.
