It is the considered opinion of myself and another London gent, that we saw a blonde haired female rowing a single scull 'canoe' up the river, late morning today.
Why the lack of certainty? Because we were stuck at a traffic light with herself sculling away under the bridge we were waiting to cross, so only got a quick glimpse.
Now, it's not a fanciful a thought as you might think as the city is full of these boat race types, here for the Head of the Charles regatta this weekend.
