Tremendous effort by the boys. Well done. On a side note a little bit disappointed with Idah. Expected more effort than that.

Good to see them both coming on earlier.

What i am wary about is that galbraith, franco and widdell all need to be replaced soon and we have cullen, eom and fulton to replace them 🙄

Defending far too deep.

I’m liking Casey, he looks a proper player.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

There we go then. I think I was one of the few who whinged at 6’ injury time. I’d have taken 1-2.

Some very good performances out there tonight but totally outclassed individually and tactically. They are Man City after all.

One thing we didn’t get was much luck. When we got a ball back we’d slip or get it stuck in our feet. Probably to do with the pressure they were under.

A day in the ice baths and treatment table tomorrow and take the positives into Saturday which will be a completely different game.

LBh 1 game lost in 10 they are, we cant complain, class was evident in places . sadly IMO our loose defence defending let us down in the end.

Did well without having quite enough to threaten a victory. Pity about the late third goal, because I thought it was a tight game and not quite as easy for Man C as 1-3 suggests.

It makes you wonder what the scouts saw in him. Maybe they watched his goals on YouTube and thought he will do. Celtic fans were critical of him. I can see why.

One negative tonight. Galbraith.

Yes, that’s right, Galbraith.

Play like he did tonight against Championship sides and he’s a gonner. Bids galore in January.

We need to keep players like him for as long as we can, that’s not half a season.

I'll judge him when he's had a run of games and you can't judge him against City when we barely had a sniff of the ball all these comments are bookmarked😉

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

Its obvious that they deserved to win but our boys defended very well, especially in the second half that third took the gloss off a bit

Hopefully no injuries and as has been mentioned loads get them in the ice bath, not too much rigorous training and let's start Saturdays game aa well as we started today.

Frankly I thought Key had a tremendous game. Fulton also did well when he came on and Fisher was pretty flawless, but then again I watched the game through non-hate filled lenses.

I enjoyed the match overall. Think we were better when we tried to play fluidly on the floor (Widell again excellent) than hitting it down the channels for Idah to chase. Overall I thought Idah did better than Vip did when he came on, but by then we had been increasingly pushed back and our supply of forward balls was limited in comparison.

Lots to think about. Some previously fringe players made a pretty good case for inclusion going forward and you do have to wonder where that kind of tempo has been most of the season.

If Sheehan is going to succeed then that performance, first half especially, has to be a springboard rather than a one off.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

We did the hard bit and scored a beautiful goal then dig on
Defended resolutely
Then coach subs the best players and we go tippyvtappy even in injury time at 1-2
Players deserve better
If Idah is so haplessthen it makes one wonder why B Wales doesn’t get a chance
Seems logical
He must be gash, to our coach but we might never know

Finally Vipotnik , in form , fit , keen and looking to advance his career is
BENCHED
His reward for winning v Norwich

Beats me anyway
