For me, the assistant is exactly that.

No doubt. I’m not saying don’t be animated or don’t have a good cop bad cop duo.
What I’m saying is a manager should be able to implement a style of play and construct an attack whoever his assistant is.
If he can do it with one assistant but not another, surely that raises doubts over his own credentials? | | | |
