Nordfeldt - An excellent goalkeeper who on this performance will be pushing Fabianski for a 1st team place.
Shephard - has had a steady game considering he is 3rd choice.
Amat - hasn't really shown anything to worry FF and Ash.
Bartley - he looks more a 2nd division player than the Oxford players. Terrible distribution.
Tabanou - looked good going forward but rocky in defensive role. Not helped by Montero.
Cork - has looked solid in midfield, A rock.
Grimes - again trying to do too much. Pass the pall, do the basics.
Shelvey - trying too hard. Always looking for the speculative.

I think we are getting bullied a bit in midfield and maybe Curt should shake it up a bit at half time. We are shakey at the back and this is understandable so a bit more in control in midfield could ease the pressure and allow us to attack more. We look a threat going forward which is encouraging for the second half. |  |

Plenty of effort and tries but clearly is not up to it. Arsenal got rid when they had the poorest set of center halves in their history! Was an apparent liability at Rangers also.
It's staggering he has been here so long and not improved as a player, get rid of him , no where near good enough championship at best.

I don't care what anyone says, if you can't stand out at this level, you can't stand out plain and simple.
