Stop showing your ignorance to anything football related We are merely contesting a place close to the higher positions of the Championship at the moment and doing incredibly well on that front “ massive recruitment drive “ 😂😂😂😂

Yes you probably can with the right manager and facilities but you need to be knocking on the door now ....then maybe it’s possible I’m not sure if for example Torquay United would be able to challenge regardless of wealth 😆 Meanwhile our own club are punching above its weight considerably at the minute all things considered

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

These things did not matter in the Huw Jenkins era featuring Martinez Brendan Laudrup, Guidolin to some extent and Potter. Swansea had an obligation to be competitive and to play in a certain style. Even Clement and Monk gave City tough games at the Etihad. Cooper played three 20 year olds who are learning the game and one has only feature a handfull of senior games. These guys need to improve their passing out of defencce like Williams Chico Rangel and Talyor did and Cooper needs to improve is passing drills to over come the high press. Potter did it and Thomas Frank has done it at Brentford too. Cabango Guehi Latibeaudirere have only been out of youth football for 12 months. [Post edited 11 Feb 2021 0:27]

Man city players 11 Swansea city 11. They were gifted three goals by a weakend Swansea team missing 5 key players. The same maths applied to Potters team but Potter picked his best team. .

Football or sport in general isn’t assessed by simply counting how many each team have. If it’s only 11 v 11 that mattered then it doesn’t matter what side is put out. Right? We have bigger fish to fry than the Cup.

Its not just about the fella passing the ball...its about players making space and receiving the ball as well..it seemed the way we played u der Martinez and Rodgers that the player with the ball had more options on than they do now,,and that's all about style of play and movement...not all about learning to pass ball as you say

Very true. It’s all about intelligent use of space. That means accurate passes to players who have moved into available space, and not just stood still or on the wrong side of a defender. Man City gave a master class in pass-and-move last night.

Another club that would still be in the doldrums if the Oilman hadn't jumped in. same goes for Chelsea with the Ruski, both were another potential Leeds. Fair play to Leeds they did it the hard way and did the hard yrds, got a great manager in and built a squad able to compete and didn't chuck 100's of millions at the job. Ultimately, Swansea City AFC wrote the blueprint for other clubs to try to follow.

Jack Hayward saved Wolves who would have gone to the wall without him. Citey bought as a plaything for our Oil sheik chums

Manchester City on 13:21 - Feb 11 with 2058 views | DwightYorkeSuperstar | They are the best team in the world. We saw how much of the team are incapable of maintaining their composure when facing well orchestrated pressing from Brentford, so it was little surprise to see us struggle to play coherently tonight. Hopefully the management team have learnt a lot from both matches and identified the positions in most urgent need of upgrading should we achieve promotion. By the way, I did enjoy reading the hundreds of comments on highlight videos of Sterling's goal, which were mostly laughing at Woodman's efforts.

This the same keeper who made "great saves". Just OMG. As I say,we get up and goalkeeper is a priority and Woody is not in any way anything near Premiership quality

It is clear as day he is afraid of running out and throwing himself in front of an attacker at close range. That's understandable - it requires immense bravery as you can easily get hurt. However, he's a professional goalkeeper and it is expected of them. I honestly do not understand why he is given a pass by our fanbase when he does this every time he faces a one on one.

Manchester City on 15:42 - Feb 11 with 2001 views | SkipTheJack | I posted earlier yesterday saying that we would learn more about where we are if we were playing a Newcastle or Southampton rather than Man City. They are on a different planet to us, and would have thrashed most - if not all - Premier League teams last night. There's no disgrace in losing to them, and it certainly doesn't mean we're not good enough to go up. In fact, no histrionics needed at all.

He did come out once Dwight at the feet of an attacker. First and only time. Woody is clearly a lovely chap as no way would he have such devotion. Meanwhile,Cabango who was pitted against the very best is seen by some as not really that good. Beats me
