Music sung in a language other that English please, the occasional use of an English word in the same manner as some iconic English song throw in an odd French, Italian WHY phrase are acceptable too.
I'll kick it off with Mylene Farmer's tribute to the life and times of QPR fans.

The grass is always greener.

Stupid break-ups of Brian's lifetime No. 703.
About twenty years ago. Ennis, Co. Clare.
I was in the kitchen, savouring Sunday breakfast, omelette and orange juice, sun coming in through the windows, newspaper spread open and the day ahead of me. That was my morning, and this was its soundrack.
In comes the partner of the time, and she boldly demands in a tone that was half disgust and half disdain - "Brian, what is this shít you're listening to?"
I went back to the paper, and we probably broke up a few weeks later.
But, really, we'd broken up at that precise moment.
Still love the song, though.

"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."

It's his dad's music, re-played with Khruangbin's chilled grooves. Possibly my favourite album of this year.

Haunting stuff, with an unusual audience listening in:

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

I'm not sure if Gaelic counts as a foreign language
