I love JWP and he's been a great player for the club, but his first instinct is to play it sideways or back, he slows down the game too much, allowing the opposition to re- set, whereas now we've got a few players that can move forward with pace ie Dibling and Fernandes.

When you've got Smallboner and Aribo in the side, you have to be open to options...

I agree with the comments that Prowsy was a great servant for us & it's a shame that it's not working out for him at West Ham.
But I would not want him back, if he were to come back it would keep one of our younger players (Dibling / Fernandez) out if the side.
Prowsy is reliable & efficient but not dynamic or creative.
We need to freshen things up & give the young guns a chance to prove themselves .

Agreed.

Thanks Prowsey for the years of great service you gave but it's time to move on.

Dibling/Amo/Fernandes are the future... or rather they should be.

Its a maybe, looking at what West Ham fans have been saying about him regarding his lack of pace, im wondering if hes worth an exspensive slot on the benches.

Russell confirmed his interest in a very recent interview!
Maybe it was West Ham’s decision?
Whatever … I’m gutted!

Glad the skate isn't coming back to be honest. Not sure he'd have offered that much and he'd make Russball even more turgid than it already is
