I'm a big post rock fan so I listen to a lot of lyric less music

The kings. Saw them at their 20th anniversary show at the Barrowlands in Glasgow and during the flute part my mate turned to me and said "I am genuinely scared about how loud this is gonna be"

I loved the new Godspeed record and this is monstrous

I saw Explosions at Revolution Hall in Portland last year and when they closed with this (and I'll admit, under the influence of some of the good state of Oregon's finest gummies) my jaw was on the floor for about an hour afterwards

Dutch flares........................................

This is one of my least favourite pieces of music ever. I think I've had nightmares with this in it.

Now we're in my playground of diversity

This by Paul Wolford as Special Request from the Lethal Weapon is immense:

The last Causa Sui album is superb - Danish prog rock/jazz:

I'm a massive fan of these and this is their best track:

The excellent Karma to Burn who did pretty much instrumentals only - RIP Will Mecum:

I asked by neighbour's young son if he liked instrumentals.
He replied “what are instruments ?”

I was going to post that mogwai track. One of my favourite songs. Seeing them play it live was immense.
