And he’s the greatest manager Wales never had. I remember Clough went to The Vetch for an interview around ‘85 but he never got the gig (I forget the reasons now but I think they were political). We’ll never know how good he’d have made the Welsh side, unfortunately 🏴

I have had a the look at the Lord Sugar quote. Sugar was actually quoting Terry Venables not talking about personal experience. That therefore reduces it credibility.
Clough himself challenged Sugar to repeat it outside the High Court and said he would sue. Clough stated that things said in the HoC and High Court were not subject to libel law but that actually not correct wrt the High Court.
Sometimes given the cost of legal action it is better to brush it off.
