....of Madsen's, quality taken goal today to win us 3 points and overall his efforts today helping us to win a very difficult match. And also his last few performances. Rather typical of posters on this MB!!!! Much improved over the past 6 weeks and maybe an important player for us in the future.

And don't forget another player who doesn't meet the requirements of many posters, incorrectly may I add (too old, too slow, gets sent off, etc, etc), that being Jack Colback.....another very good performance from him today playing at LB and supporting the midfield during his time on the pitch.....for the stats people - just look at his stats.

Gazza,

There's been loads of praise for both.

You can't say "there's been no mention on this messageboard" and then when someone points you to where in fact there was a lot of mention of exactly that, say that you're not reading it.

Madsen has been awful for the bulk of this season but improved massively over the last few games. That has been widely acknowledged on this board in many threads.

But I have, so I can!!!

Really 'widely acknowledged'.....not so sure about that....the' slagging' may have stopped. WE all know it has been difficult for him but he has good technical skills in his pockets.

Why not just start a thread that praises Madsen instead of slagging off everyone?

Are you Colback's agent or something?

Glad he played well today and has improved lately, but he was as abysmal as others in the Burnley game

No I am not Colbacks agent.....i just think that he is a very decent player and a big asset for the Club.

He was better that many that wore the hoops against Burnley, much better.

Self-righteous brothers strike again.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

I agree with Gazza about Madsen and Colback.

Am I allowed to say Ashby has been much better in some of the recent games? 😬😁

Good to see Madsen smile.

Was a bit concerned that he wasn't going to improve but a la Celar, last few games has shown what he was bought for.

Colback a la Cook , both very good old pros. We need these type of players.

Good to see Madsen improving so hopefully the close season improves his confidences and qualities further.

Well taken goal. Made it look easy which it wasn't..

Yeah Ashby has been much improved the last few games

Just a shame along with Madsen that he didn't do it earlier in the season

As for Colback always been a decent player just isn't available enough
