Wales's No.1 club 20:55 - Jun 2 with 1487 views | blackpooljack | Would we need to gain promotion next season to maintain our position as No.1 or do we realistically expect to be passed by Wrexham within the next two seasons.
Wales's No.1 club on 21:06 - Jun 2 with 1448 views | onehunglow | We should use wrecsams renaissance as a catalyst to ensure we get back to where we should be We have almost been more pre eminent Their recent success is staggering however We need to cull them

Wales's No.1 club on 22:52 - Jun 2 with 1260 views | GVJack | I predict we'll finish higher next year. I think they'll be ok but will find the step up to the championship a bit of a rude awakening. I can't see them breaking into the top half. At the moment I'm optimistic we can be sniffing in or around the playoffs but expect us to be top half as a minimum. I'm more concerned about 26/27 if we don't go up. Wrexham will find another gear and I think they'll be pushing for at least the playoffs that season whilst we could potentially stagnate (hopefully not).

Two words the reason that wrecsam won't succeed next season, phil parkinson. Now if they get a better manager that might change my mind.

He's done well to get them 3 promotions. He deserves a crack at the championship. Maybe it'll be a step too far but he's earned the right in my humble opinion. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Wales's No.1 club on 09:05 - Jun 3 with 1043 views | trampie | Wrexham are a shorter price with the bookies to win the Championship and to get promoted than Swansea are, so it seems they think that Wrexham is Wales #1 club on the pitch anyway.

Wrexham are 10th in the pricing and about right in my opinion. We are priced 15th which again in my opinion is way off, I will be very surprised if we don't finish higher next season than we did this.

I think you’re going to be wrong. They’ve got momentum and a buzz around what they are doing. I think they have a good chance of the POs personally but hope I’m wrong.

Wales's No.1 club on 11:03 - Jun 3 with 902 views | RichardO | Think they will get the fifty fifty decision going their way from the start of their time in the Championship given the high profile of the owners. It seemed as if it took us until the second season to get the decisions going our way or was it the case of our players being more streetwise or just better players. As for Phil Parkinson as a manager he hasn't done too bad overall during his career sure he has had ups and downs but it is experience gained?

Bookies dont make you the number one club league position does. They can come back after 8 seasons in the Prem and a major trophy. [Post edited 3 Jun 12:06]

At this moment in time I think the Swans will finish above Wrexham next season, but will depend on what what happens in the transfer market.

We would have made the play offs if we’d sacked Williams and replaced him a month earlier with Sheehan. We’ve bought very well and still more to come. I’d say it’s likely we will finish in the top 6 this season

I think Parkinson is in the David Moyes mould. A mechanical sort of game based on discipline physically and statistical approach..He has done a fabulous job to be fair. He will still have the 2013 nightmare in his head. The attempt to press De Guzman, Hernandez Britton Routs and Michu was all too much. They may as well have been Llandudno Swifts.

Done well? maybe he has but they did spend a lot of money to get here. They paid Mullin more than league one clubs were offering and it looks like that's the same model they're using next season, offering older players silly money. I've seen today they are linked with Eriksen, Danny Ings, Aaron Cresswell and a suggestion of Danny Ward too. bThey'll be worn out after Christmas, Cresswell is 35, Ings is 32, Eriksen 33 and Ward is 31 (thought he was much older!) then there is also Tom Cairney who is apparently mulling over an offer with Fulham having offered him a new deal too, he's 34.. Much more of this and they'll be Wrexham OAPFC.
