Back to Blighty to take a rest from our World Tour.
England specifically, and some folk.

I enjoyed that rbee, the crowd and the band. In the moment joy without any bloody mobile phones! Lovely days.

Joy becomes scarcer with each passing year dmm.

Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

Over 12 hours later and did you mean English Folk - as in the music - as I feel I might have got the wrong end of the stick and went with the folk in England - as in 'people'

Thanks Brian - I mentioned on the confessions thread that I'd started to listen to what might possibly be described as folk during lockdown - but seems that was all American stuff - so as I've already failed miserably with my effort on the thread I might just put my two best US folk bands as I can't think of any UK folk that I listen to and hopefully I will be forgiven again

This one relates the true story of an English soldier who stole someone's.identity after they were killed during 1WW and committed suicide after someone found him out decades later. Yes, a cheery tale!

Been there a lot - folk lore has it that in stormy weather you can hear the bells of the church that was subsumed by the sea hundreds of years ago.

Ah right. I have been once, I wanted to visit the area because my grandad was stationed there with The Royal Artillery a few times during WW2.
