The only manager I know that fell out with three much needed players simultaneously. Patterson Obafemi and Whittaker.
Potter I belief fell out with McBurney but kept it out of his press conferences and was able to enable Swansea to a whopping £20m fee. He actually apologised for leaving Swansea in the lurch. |  |

Paterson was the only one I had any sympathy with and even then that wasn’t much.
His issues started from the owners activating a contract extension rather than offering him improved terms after playing well.
The other two were horrible wasters who didn’t deserve the talent they were born with. |  | | |
