Has been found guilty for attacking two female police officers and guilty of attacking a member of the public

The jury was unable to reach verdicts on allegations that Amaaz and his brother Amaad assaulted PC Zachary Marsden causing actual bodily harm.

Sincerely hope he's doing time for this

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

I’d be surprised and disappointed if he doesn’t get banged up.

I’m no expert but the sentencing guidelines seem to suggest he will.

Amaaz was guilty of actual bodily harm to PC Ward, as well assaulting PC Cook and Mr Ismaeil.

"Prosecutors say they intend to retry both defendants on the charge they assaulted a male firearms officer, causing actual bodily harm."

The summery from the judge was simply a case of trying to sway the jury towards a not guilty verdict I still cannot grasp just what this countries elitists are up to the British public really need to stop Stammer and his cronies in there tracks before it all gets out of hand.

Yes the impression I got from the summing up from the judge, I thought he was going to get away with it.

One member of the jury didn't find him guilty

Judges are barristers who have pulled off the most outrageous miscarriages of justice
The facts speak for themselves here
Probably best not comment due to possible retrial

I cannot understand how any of the jury didn't find them both guilty of all charges or did they watch different footage from the rest of us?

The prosecution is thankfully pushing for a retrial on the 'no verdict' charges.

The judge during the trail made a few comments insidiously defending both accused ,such as they had never before been arrested for any crime .

Some of the CCTV evidence was horrible to watch , women attacked by men is a total no go area in my view , provocation as an excuse is a cowards excuse .

The most lenient sentence yet again will be passed onto criminals who will laugh back .

Criminal Justice System is now a joke , no room in Prisions etc , slap on the wrist is fine .

Maybe our useless Human Rights lawyer at the helm now could step in , unlikely as he is scared of upsetting the Judges , added to his failure to control any law and order in the UK .

Based on the video evidence, I was surprised at the time taken for jury deliberations and at the failure to reach verdicts on two counts. It seems that the malaise affecting some judges also affects a few who serve on juries.

Re judges, there have been some astonishing decisions of late, particularly in immigration tribunal cases. The most recent case that caught my eye was Anna-Rose Landes' decision to lift a re-entry ban on the (nominally) Italian Prince Umoh, who has been twice departed already from the UK after serving jail time for mugging while threatening victims with a knife. A former immigration barrister, Landes too has made some bizarre judgments.

Good post however
Nobody but nobody should be surprised with judges
All live well away from the blood and guts of life

As for juries , don't take there

The non verdict is appalling

As for the police woman , what shocks me is how so many police cannot defend themselves against lethal force
I was lucky enough to work with a police woman who would have hospitalised him

The training of police officers now is woeful

It's a dhit job

Applies to any group really
The last to be offended are older white indigenous British born and bred

This land has changed completely in my lifetime

Reason

Our colonial past has seen us being made to rectify our sins of our forefathers
Every former colonial country has been turned on its head

We should not have taken over foreign lands and raped their country blind

Payback time really

Unfortunately it's not just the UK it's all of mainland Europe the Genie is well and truly out of the bottle. Being a proud Brit now is instantly recognised as being a racist. We can't keep letting people come to the party empty handed and then give them a plate full of food and a beer and tell all the other guests who have chipped in to deal with it.

Like you said 20 yrs time who knows I will most probably be gone by then or not far off, it's the unsavy blinkered youngsters who are going to cop it.

It’s tricky but it relies on good people to make their point sensibly.

The internet is awash with click bait about people having their bacon sandwiches taken away or dogs being banned from parks and ‘you can’t say you’re British without being thrown in jail’.

The same lot come across as disappointed that the Manchester Airport pair were found guilty as they were desperate to bring up the two tier twaddle.

It’s perfectly possible to root for British traditions without going down a racist wormhole.

I've heard people smuggling is rife in St Helens road. The majority of residents don't realise what is going on not only Swansea but towns and villages throughout Wales and the rest of the UK.

The click bait people are now getting away from their computers, opening up their eyes and are now stepping out onto the streets not scared to be labelled racists anymore.

Well over 1,000 people took to the streets of Waterlooville town centre last night for a peace full demonstration the vast majority of them were older men & women and mothers with children. Numbers are growing week by week. The government are not listening to the people who pay their wages.

The most popular boys name in the UK 2024 is Muhammad. Just let that think in for a while and think of the long term implications for the UK.
