He just hasn't kicked on from a promising start under Cooper.
Lots of effort and running in him but precious little quality. His level of technical ability is well below what you'd want/expect from an attacking midfielder at this level.
I like him as a fresh set of legs to come on at about 75-80 minutes to chase, harry and protect a lead if we've got one, but he's not much use for anything else unfortunately. An easy player to like but we do need to be a bit ruthless. [Post edited 31 Jul 8:06]

Nor me. Certainly not as one payment. Maybe add ons for appearances, goals, promotion etc.
Also, I’m sure any deal will include a sell in clause unless of course the higher, upfront payment cancels that out.
