Jewish do not have a colour neither do Romany travellers. People who abuse them get custodial sentences.
So do people who abuse Welsh people in certain circumstances like the Police or security guards or the stewardess. I can give you references .

b) it is not sung with intent (Bristol City given as an example. Clear violent intent)
c) Fans are not offended. (I am and so are my mates)
d) We sing it our selves. (Swansea city have a problem)
Admittedly it is hard to get a conviction from a large crowd. This is obvious and that is why people do it. It is the same with any slur.
I insult only those that insult me first. It is self defence. If it is face to face I give my opinion straight unless my physical safety is under threat which also happens.
