Jewish do not have a colour neither do Romany travellers. People who abuse them get custodial sentences.
So do people who abuse Welsh people in certain circumstances like the Police or security guards or the stewardess. I can give you references .

a) We re not race / ethnic group (we are)
b) it is not sung with intent (Bristol City given as an example. Clear violent intent)
c) Fans are not offended. (I am and so are my mates)
d) We sing it our selves. (Swansea city have a problem)
Admittedly it is hard to get a conviction from a large crowd. This is obvious and that is why people do it. It is the same with any slur.
I insult only those that insult me first. It is self defence. If it is face to face I give my opinion straight unless my physical safety is under threat which also happens.

He is not an unknown lawyer, unknown to you maybe but he is a criminal law lawyer eho prosecutes some very bad criminals. You are far more dubioius than he is and there are others on here who know him.
It's not an attempt at all, when a lawyer tells me the sheep song isn't racist then I believe him. You constantly switch between racism and ethnic to try and force your point. Why don't you go and employ a lawyer and make a civil case against these songs and see what the lawyer says?
