Is do not know why Swansea fans are bothered to be honest. They seem an insensitive bunch.

Swansea fans love to engage in filthy ethnic slutr banter with the English far right generally seen as racist by the law.

I put on a clip of 300 Bristol City fans in Cardiff city centre singing ethnic slurs and little old ladies scurrying way from them. Not one word of condemnation for this forum regulars.

The slurs Swansea fans sing are insulting to me as slurs sung to Semenya were insulting to him. "Two Tier" s a popular accusation these days.

Swansea city tolerate ethnic slurs at Swansea.com and the club no longer refer to "zero tolerance" from what i can see.

The idea that Semenya could have been unable to continue the match come from a bloke that saw nothing wrong in 300 Bristol City fans abusing welsh Grannies with violent intent. The Grannies carried on shopping.

The meek South Wales police did not fancy tackling the 300 but manged to get one can thrower on a charge.

I have it on good authority from a very good lawyer that the sheep songs do not break the laws.
I've read you talk about a precedent but for a precedent to be set it has to come from a higher court than magistrates or crown court, no such precedent exists.

I don't remember if I responded to the Bristol City thread at all but if the police did nothing it was probably about the safest course of action, if going after the few fans who threw stuff was likely to cause more trouble than they could safely handle, better to contain them than steam in. I've not watched the clip so don't really know. but the grannies carrying on shopping showed they are made of sterner stuff than you.

You do not need a weatherman to see which way the wind blows . I do not need lawyer to s tell me I have suffered ethnic slurs with filthy dehumanising words that do not belong in polite society..

The grannies ran away from the Bristol thugs. Of course they did.

It is debatable if Swansea fans are breaking the law singing dirty slurs about themselves but the visitors certainly are..

No one of any sense would ask a Swansea fans what is and is not racist. They sing filth about my people and wear a yellow band for a millionaire African.

Swansea / Wales fans engage in this filth and lead their 13-16 years old towards this stuff. We wonder why ours children behave sometimes like little morons.

If people were breaking the law singing these things then something would be done. The police do nothing and a LAWYER tells me it is not a criminal offence.

You continually slag off Swansea fans so maybe when you say MY PEOPLE, others will be confused about who you mean.

Now this polite society thing, I don't ever remember a football ground being considered polite society.

Now O asled a lawyer what the law says and he disagrees with you. You're not an expert on the law, are you an expert on anything?

For the record my 16 year old son is not a little moron, his teachers considered him polite and helpful as do our neighbours.

Interesting that after saying MY PEOPLE you then go on to disparage all WALES fans too.

I object to Welsh people denigrating their own as the easier alternative to retaliation and a downward spiral into obscenity.

At the same time some take out a brave sword of honour and dignity to defend our African brothers. There are only two option.

a) Racism and ethnic slurs are out of order

b) Racism and ethnic slurs are just banter.

There is no third way . I am zero tolerant.

Three or four years ago Swansea were the centre of racist incidents. Cabango Dhanda Obafemi and Whittaker. The club has a problem.

Cabango brushes it off. He is Welsh and gets one for of ethnic slur every week. Dhanda was in pieces reportedly and the club offered counselling.

Welsh football spends so much time patting themselves on the back and do not want to rock the boat.

I have no advice for Ben. I advise the fans singing ethnic slurs will lead to trouble for others. They should stop. The club should ask them to if they claim to be "zero tolerant".

There’s not an answer there, is there.

You’ve been very specific about what being ethnically Welsh is, and Ben is not according to you definition.

Absolutely not, I heard that his neighbours have put their houses up for sale since he moved there and he's only been there a week

On a serious note though he can't differentiate between a person being insulted because of his/hers skin colour, between a pathetic nonsense chant at a football stadium, but he when he's called out he tries to twist things by throwing in the incident with Bristol fans at Cardiff in trying to justify himself it just says it all as to what he is.

You have ascribed to me views I do not hold. Red hair freckles and blue eyes are DNA markers but only ONE of several factors.

I like and have promoted this description.

"A characterization of people based on having a shared culture (e.g., language, food, music, dress, values, and beliefs) related to common ancestry and shared history".

You have tried to project me as an extreme nationalist. I reject this. I happily share most of these ethnic markers and am proud of Welsh history and reject English narratives. Most peoples have at some point v been occupied or q conquered. Most on several occasions.

I also accept credit for the Welsh role in the British Empire and part blame for British excesses as recently as Iraq. Trampie and Killkeny differ from me in that respect and blame the "English".

Ben does not have red hair but plays for Wales in Captain of Swansea speaks Welsh loves Welsh cakes and laughs when England lose.

Is that good enough for you.? OHL bangs on about me demanding ethnic purity. It is silly spin.

I refer these days to ethnicity not race. Some people are mixed race and ethnically Welsh.

If you sing filth about any ethic group aggressively then you ars vulnerable to charges under race law.

Welsh fans engage in the filth legitimising it. I regard this as disloyal to the Welsh public. ""Dancing to the tune of the racist pipers".

If you are not singing anything about somebody's race then how is it racist?

We are British but Ethnically Welsh, the sheep songs are not aimed at someone's race but at a group of football fans that contain different races, Black, Asian, White and Oriental.

So, if they are not mentioning race, explain how it's racist? Then, football fans sing this to other teams, if you come from Ipswich or Norwich, Peterborough, Lincoln and several other clubs you will get this song sung by fans from the "big city" and it is not genuine abuse, it is micky taking because no one really believes that 15000 racially mixed men, women and children shag sheep.

Welsh fans are not legitimising it, they are owning it, taking away the power by saying we don't care. You won't agree or understand the point so that's the end of it as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise I may be accused of debating with "somebody" and getting dragged down to his level then being beaten by expeience.

The Welsh are an ethnic group as part of the Indo European r race. Many of us have distinctive DNA markers.

The racist fans dehumanise us by suggesting we as an ethnic group have sub human tendencies which I will not go into on this website. The it owner has asked me not to as it affects his sponsors ( so toxic) are the slurs.

I am not a lawyer but salacious and untrue slurs against any minority ethnic group is considered a racial crime.

One would think that almost every normal person would object to such slurs. The comedic value is well past it's sell by date and certainly with football fans the slurs in my experience are not banter but basic racist taunted designed for violence and intimidation.

You arguement is not to criticise the racists but h join them. I find it hard not to see this as appeasement and cowardly and lacking in self respect. To adopt these English slurs is disgraceful. I represent Wales as a strong people resisting stronger global forces and forging own own unique national identity.. I do not see Wales as a doormat for English Urban drugged up violent junkies..

"Owning it" is tacky dirty submissive and weak.

I am Welsh part of a recognised ethnic group not Anglo Saxon from Lincolnshire.

You can use your excuses but they do not wash. When good hard working Welsh women get this abused off Pakistani and Welsh people tell her to accept it we r need a "reality check".

Not one condemned the Bristol city fans and their ethnic slurs at Cardiff Railway station. They can do what the hell they like when they come to Wales. Cardiff complained to the FA about untrue slurs about a Muslim man 5000 miles away. (Tan).

The FA and football fans in general do not care about the principle of racism and comments of need for action are "Grandstanding" to me. There must be common principles and consistency in law.

Swansea /Welsh football fans are teaching their children that filthy ethnic slurs are a good laugh despite being illegal in this land. They might ask what is the difference with Semenya.
