Really don't understand why a good number of items aren't prepared prior to the half time whistle, that would be approximately 45 mins after the start of the game, then ensure all the tills in operation and as the pre-poured drink run out then you can revert the staff back to pouring duties also factor in the number in attendance for the game in each stand surely with the ticketing system in place the numbers should be available before half time? | | | |
