I read the away fixture had to be moved as the York Stadium is hosting the Womens Rugby world cup
Correct.
York have only played one home game so far. Their scheduled home fixtures v Boreham Wood (last Saturday) and v Tamworth (this Saturday) have also been rearranged.
For some reason, though, the National League website still has us going there next Tuesday. We aren't.
A wise man would be able to self-analyse and perhaps understand.
Even today the “Yorkshire Post” is saying that York’s new manager will have his first home game next week against Dale!
Would have been a good time to play them.....there is a fair bit of discontent in the York ranks with the leaving of Hinshelwood and the new guy moving in. ........their start has been poor so far, the natives might get restless?
Savage’s pre-match interviews when he goes through team selection are worth a watch. He’s like the Donald Trump of football management. Everything is great and brilliant and they’re amazing and have pace and power and the world is a better place for having him in it.
