Being a bit of a hoarder I ordered the away and third shirt from the club shop.
They only sent the third and I had to pay 24 euros customs as the shop didn't put it as a gift like I requested
I sent an email 3 days ago asking why the away hadn't been sent.
No reply... not a peep, it can't have sold out already? Its one of our worst kits, I only got it for the collection.
Will get a home cheaper later.
Anyone else had issues with the club shop before?
Third shirt is lovely though, even some Spanish locals asked me who it was.

sent two emails, one a stock query and one because the shirt actually going out of stock left my number, name and patch in the basket and cannot now be deleted (I know, tried cookies etc, still there).
Not a peep, alas.
Also still waiting on my order from 07 Aug, which is yet to be marked 'dispatched', let alone arrive - about to write to them again, so updates to follow... |  | | |

I ordered the Saito shirt with the Japanese name set back in March, I think? They did advise a long lead time, like 9 weeks. Still not received it. Probably never will. |  |

yeah, that's definitely lost - I got my Saito Japanese shirt months ago, pretty sure i was wearing it towards the tail end of last season... |  |

Ordered a shirt on 5 Aug, chased 18 Aug.
Got an email which said:
"Firstly please let me apologise for the slow response to your email, with the amount of orders we have received with the new kits releases, this has pushed us back by a few days
And with personalisation on a lot of the order, we have had a long print queue to get through, I can confirm your was one that has been completed today and will be scanned in by Royal Mail either today or tomorrow
Thank you for your patience at this time"

I order away kit for my daughters. 2 shirts and one pair of shorts.
I received 1 shirt and one shorts, both wrong size.
I actually phoned them. The 0115 number, not the expensive number.
The man was very nice and very apologetic. Seems to be a very small operation in the east midlands that was completely overwhelmed.
Once I'd spoken to him the correct order arrived very quickly even before I'd sent back the wrong ones. [Post edited 4 Sep 17:21]

This have just had a different experience. I live in Christchurch NZ and had a very positive shop online. Ordereda QPR cap, beanie and hoodie on Aug 20 and it arrived Sept 3. Received tracking notification every step of the delivery.Stoked, I’m going to order some more merch. | | | |

Mine has also just landed, after a month, and two days after phoning to chase.
They blamed the club shop for not sending them enough stock to dispatch orders, and presumably also disabling their email system so they were unable to reply to complaints or issue delivery updates...
They (Ultrasport Europe) did seem like nice folks though, so it would be mean to carp; all's well that ends well. | | | |

In my case the opposite
No word from the third party guys... contacted actual club shop they dealt with it and the shirt arrived next day.
I think maybe the online and club stores aren't communicating well. | | | |
