Tidy bit of business 19:51 - Sep 1 with 3884 views | Demitrius | The loans out and Idah in... and the retainments I think the strategy and positivity going forward has been top drawer this window... I haven't felt this positive in ages and I'd like to gauge my fellow Swans fans on this It feels good doesn't it? ...for once!

Tidy bit of business on 20:28 - Sep 1 with 3006 views | SullutaCreturned | I think it's been a stunning window. I don't remember us ever signing so many players, not just the quantity but some real quality too. In midfield wesigned Galbraith and Stamenic with Widdell and Franco that's a solid 3 from 4 In attack we signed Inoussa and Idah and with Vipotnik finding scoring form tat couldn't be much better. Those are just the headlines too, there are others with a couple of deals still hanging, Smith and benson, has anyone heard on those?

Tidy bit of business on 22:35 - Sep 1 with 2230 views | johnlangy | TIDY ! Personally i'd say fantastic. Think about all the disappointments of the last maybe ten windows. Lots of promises, virtually no delivery. And if we did sign someone decent it's been at the expense of our best players being shipped out. The owners and all involved at the Club have been absolutely brilliant.

Tidy bit of business on 06:48 - Sep 2 with 1829 views | Dr_Winston | I have concerns about the amount that we've spent. Second highest net spend in the division after Wrexham according to some reports. Given my previous comments about supporters being equally culpable when their teams hit financial trouble it would be hypocritical of me not to. We've danced quite close to PSR issues in the past so I hope the people in charge know what they're doing and some of these mooted commercial deals as a result of the involvement of Modric and Dogg come off. If a couple of these deals don't work out we could find ourselves in a spot of bother no matter how they've been structured.

I totally trust this lot, they know what they are doing, they are spending money on players that are young and have potential to get us up and if not have a profitable selling value.
Tidy bit of business on 09:04 - Sep 2 with 1419 views | onehunglow | Well, Sheehan will have to deliver given this investment It should be exciting A lot of players to deal with and his selections will make or break his ambitions Interesting times especially with wtrctum the biggest spenders in the league

If we don't go up, then a Galbraith/Franco sale in the summer would sort that out i think. Talking £8/10m+ for either of them if they carry on this path

There’s not a single player I’ve seen so far who hasn’t impressed me. Haven’t seen Santos and Widdell hasn’t quite got used to the intensity yet, but there’s been promising signs from him. Malcouye as well I think will have a big impact once he gets used to having less time on the ball. All the others have fitted in seamlessly. Quite an achievement when there are so many of them and the existing players have to get used to half a new team. Based on that, I’m hopeful Idah and Benson have been just as well researched and will fit in just as easily.

Plus our high profile new owners have been brought in for a reason. Increasing our fanbase outside of Swansea and presumably securing more lucrative sponsorship and commercial deals play their part in having more money to spend. Utterly hypocritical I know, as I want Wrexham and Birmingham to struggle, but I’m fine with us looking outside the traditional way of doing it.

The problem is those on the outside don't really know what the net spend is. Previously you could have a rough idea by seeing your income from sales and set your purchases against it. Now is a different matter altogether with income and expenditure spread over the length of a players contract including all fees involved. Now you are basically leasing a player over a set term, yes you can sell the player but by the time you pay off the rest of the money still owed and any sell on percentage how much is actually left. Then the purchase price how much is base and how much is achievable add ons and how much is pie in the sky. The actual figure on our balance sheet this financial year is up until 30th June 2026 and the accounts are not released until 2027 it will be then before we know the actual cost of this window. Obviously people can make calculated guesstimates but it will be a while before we know the true cost, but I do trust these owners to be sensible.

Where I am in the East is sold out, the West opposite looks full. The empty areas are in the South where more needs to be done to encourage families and the corners which are normally floating fans. Play decent football, get results and the fans will return. TBH concidering the shite that we have been watching for a couple of seasons the attendances have been pretty decent.

Pity we have this international break right now It’s a pain Think fans might well be getting excited now We will stuff Hull without mercy and the new striker will score two So there

Idah probably won't meet up with the squad until a week on Thursday. I expect him to come off the bench with Vipotnik starting, but who knows.

Good coaching maybe has helped ,if so we may have a gem on our hands in Mr Sheehan.
