Sheehan hasn’t done anything wrong.
The way they were both playing from when he took over (excluding the first two games when Vipotnik was very good) and the first couple of games this season, Cullen was the obvious choice.
Vipotnik came off the bench, had a very good game and has had the shirt since. Not sure where Idah fits in, but he’s way ahead of Cullen now.
Fans look at it simplistically ‘which one is more likely to score?’ (if we’re honest, neither were very likely to until recently). Managers look more holistically ‘is the team more likely to score/are we more likely to win games with Cullen or Vipotnik up front?’. |
