Hell of a way to come back. Didn't his game finish about 2.30 am this morning. Burgess is travelling back from New Zealand and played yesterday. We have 11 current internationals and that a lot doing travelling. I suppose we should be grateful we are not playing Friday evening and could have been away.

Yes, we could be Hull away this weekend.

Vigouroux Today on 21:30 - Sep 10 with 3893 views | RodgerTheDodger | He'll be flying back, probably direct, business class, overnight flight. Get on plane, have a drink, have supper, put the seat to 'lie flat', go to sleep and wake up 8 hours later near London and have breakfast before getting off. Get into comfortable sedan provided by the club and get chauffeured back to Swansea. 4 hours time difference which doesn't really notice. Burgess has a tougher journey, a stop over and 23 hours flying time. Plus NZ is 12 hours time difference, so jet lag. The exact opposite side of the world from Swansea is a small town at the bottom of the south island.

Strangely I get far worse jet lag flying west to east than east to West, that's probably just me though.

That's normal, I don't know why. The worst I found was coming back from San Francisco with 9 hours, it always took me a week to recover. Buenos Aires at 3 hours I didn't even notice.

Vigouroux Today on 15:09 - Sep 11 with 3272 views | RhonddaSwans | In his last game against Brazil, he conceded three. can anyone remember the last Swansea city keeper to come up against Brazil? That also conceded three goals while playing for Wales? Now viggy is a full international he will have eyes on him all over the world. We have managed to keep how good he is quiet. I think in the summer a Saudi club will come in for him. Let's hope by then we can offer him Premier League football because that's the only chance we got of him . Lawrence is the goat! I wonder how much this is added to his value. What price would you put on him? Also would you offer him a new contract?

Roger Freestone in 2000? I wouldn't offer Vigs a new contract. He's nailed to the goal line as the opposition have endless free headers. Yes, he's a great stopper, but a lot of those chances should never happen. We need a keeper who commands the box and the 6 yard area in particular.

I was going to post similar. A year left on his contract with an option for another year so no rush for a new contract. Decent enough for us in the championship but if we did go up we would be looking to upgrade, he has his flaws if you watch him carefully. No I'm not putting them on her for all to see.

I'm the same way with West to East flying (7+ hours). Cannot fall asleep by simply tilting the chair back. I try to stay awake for at least 20 hours prior to departure so I can nod off when I sit down after boarding. Problem with this tactic is the flight crew keep waking me up either with their announcements over the loudspeakers, or with their gentle prods to ask me to put my seat back in the proper position. East to West is 10x easier, imo.

Sheehan decided to give him a shedload more work today and he was magnificent. Him and Galbraith should have shared MOTM

He was top class today but he again did something he does all too often again. A ball was played down their left with their player and Key chasing it. It could have easily been dealt with by Vig but he didn’t come for it leaving Key do the work. I’ve seen this numerous times with him. But it’s a small thing to highlight given how excellent he’s been in almost every other area.

And again for the first Hull goal. Comes forward a yard and stops. Then another two yards and dithers. It was an easy cross to deal with and he just lets McBurnie have an easy tap in. He's a great stopper, as he demonstrated again yesterday. But ... we need a real goalkeeper with a presence in the penalty area and 6 yard box in particular.

Can understand the indecision, initially thought Cabango was going to be able to cut the cross out.
