Adam Idah stats v Forest on 21:43 - Sep 19 by RhonddaSwans | Lads lets give him a chance . Jesus christ . He is not up to speed. We need to back our lads to the hill. Idah will come good he is going to be a menace . Vips form will level off in the end . |
Well today he was a repeat of Wednesday, he did some running around, he seemed to be more keen on backing into players and not watching the ball so he barely won a header or kept possession and he was zero goal threat. Put in context, we were saying similar poor things about Vipotnik last season. Maybe he'll improve but a Celtic fan was laughing at us paying 6 million for him. Told me it was a massive waste of money and questioned how Idah jad ever made it this far as a footballer.
Adam Idah stats v Forest on 21:27 - Sep 20 with 3182 views | Dr_Winston | Very early days but he's not replacing Vipi any time soon. Celtic fans can say what they like. They're dumb enough to think that we actually paid £6m for him.

This... also - If he was that good that he could be amazing in his earliest games for us then he would have already been snatched up. Let's wait and see.

Adam Idah stats v Forest on 15:01 - Sep 21 with 2539 views | KeithHaynes | It’s far more difficult for Idah, he has only started one game and has a second appearance off the bench. It looked like Sheehan has a different plant for him than when Vipotnik is on the pitch. Yesterday the flanks were toothless in the second half, did nothing, created nothing, had no energy or ideas so a blank day for Idah and overall is no surprise. Nobody should be looking at this as nothing more than watching his improvement as time goes on. It’s not a knocking contest.

I think the figures are about 1.75M to date if you base the way the Swans do their business on some leaked figures this summer. Some of the remaining add ons Idah will never reach, whatever the sum agreed 6M is the ceiling payment if everything in his contract comes to fruition. I doubt Celtic will get €4.5M in total unless he scores a whole load of goals and the Swans get promoted. And that will rely on him being at the club for a few years. There will also be a healthy sell on fee but that only kicks in if he is sold for more than he was purchased for. That’s just the very basics.

Adam Idah stats v Forest on 13:41 - Sep 22 with 1930 views | RichardO | Was he ready for inclusion in the team? Hasn't been effective in any of the three games yet but Benson and Samuel-Smith have although Samuel-Smith cramped up well before the end of game similar to Casey who took the third game to be able to play the 90mins. and if we do get promoted we are not going to be that upset at 4.5 million

Adam Idah stats v Forest on 18:30 - Sep 22 with 1754 views | KeithHaynes | I will add as well that the 15M over his contract is only if you believe he’s on £40k a week which is incorrect, he is on less than half of that. The only way a website or journalist can find out these things is with direct contact with people who actually know the figures and more importantly are happy through a trusting relationship to disclose them 😉

Goals scored, games played, assists and loads more all come into it. Including promotion and top six bonuses, the list is limitless. But he still won’t be even close by thousands and thousands to 40k.

Possibly because they are concerned with club finances in the long and short term particularly in regard to PSR.

Mad isn't it? "Why do people care whether their football club is overspending or not". Absolute lunatic opinion.

That's because we haven't paid £6M for a player and £40K a week.

Some of the recent reporting is coming from characters who have lost their in at Swansea. They are furious because they can’t get info so they make things up. There’s solid reasoning why Montague and the two recruitment guys were sacked and it’s not all in plain sight.
