Except it wasn’t really, was it? Yes, it should have been given but that second half was as blunt as blunt can be and I wouldn’t have thought we’d have approached it any other way if it had been given.

I am absolutely fine, happy as a pig in sh!t, im happy because i went to watch the team i love, yes we lost but that didnt get me down as I was with friends and we talked about the game briefly, then about other things that matter more than football, things that made us laugh, that is something you have no idea about.
You want to try actually going to watch us instead of watching on the box, hoping we lose so you have something to moan about, then you will get might get some respect.

It was obvious that we were going to tire as the game wore on, no matter how certain players were targeted, galbraith and inoussa are our best two attacking players and will get targeted, ultimately its upto the ref to protect players.

I agree with this, Galbreith by his standards had a poor game but not helped by being asked to play further forward to allow for Stamenic. He also seems to thrive off players like Yalcoue who is constantly on the move, Stamenic good as he is is more positionally rigid giving EG less option.

I'm going to keep banging the drum about this but we need an attacking, creative presence in midfield. Franco, Galbraith and Stamenic are all too similar. Yalcouye too to an extent. For another example look at the Arsenal starting midfield yesterday. They were crying out for a #10 type too.
We have to be giving Widell or even Eom a chance in that role. |  |

Spot on about an attacking no 10 and also spot on re widdel and eom.
Widdel should have been on the pitch on the 70 mins mark with hose energy, he could have made a difference.
Eom is not a winger and should be played just behind or close to vip.

We dont know how wales is faring in training.
The coaching team see him, we don't, they must think he isnt ready yet.
But how will he get better if he isnt gettimg minutes on the pitch.

We needed a good defensive midfielder who could read the game and get forward which Stamenic seems to fit the bill, but as you say a creative midfield up top is needed although you could say both Eom and Widell could fit the bill, with Benson being able to play on the wing we have alternatives just a case of using the squad correctly as quickly as possible. | | | |

Lets be honest that goal was against Crawley not exactly against Championship opposition. Possibly the club are working on developing his upper body strength before putting him against the physicality of the Championship. | | | |
