Potter sacked on 12:02 - Sep 27 with 1525 views | Brake20 | Seems to have lost whatever football style of play he had after leaving Brighton .Personally thought he did a great job steading the ship with us after relegation

Potter sacked on 19:11 - Sep 27 with 1192 views | OptimisticJack | Would love to have Potter back here. He's had 2 good pay offs and his stock has dropped. We could be the perfect fit. Can't help but think that we should be doing far better than what we are with our excellent squad. How patient will our ambitious owners be? [Post edited 27 Sep 19:13]

He's a far better manager than Martin, no comparison
Potter sacked on 12:46 - Sep 28 with 832 views | ReslovenSwan1 | His signings at Swansea were very poor and the same happened at WHU. As with Huw he was too loyal to his failing recruitment man McCauley. Huw has the low visibility David Ledbetter who was excellent in the early days but had more misses that hits and cost the club dearly. Potters teams from what I have read are very weak at set pieces so he should bring him assistance to help with that

To reiterate he is the perfect fit for us. Under Potter we witnessed our best football since Laudrup's first year.

I’m a big believer in ‘never go back’. Seldom works out well.

Potter sacked on 19:14 - Sep 28 with 563 views | jack247 | We’re a long way off needing a new manager at the moment. We’ve generally flattered to deceive this season and Sheehan has a lot to do, but we’d be mad to consider a change at this point. We’d be in the top 6 of the Championship had VAR. I thought Potter was exceptional here, particularly in the second half of the season. It’s in the past though and it’s staying there

Potter sacked on 19:44 - Sep 28 with 536 views | Dr_Winston | Given the squad turnover and associated turmoil that followed our relegation Potter did a pretty good job. Patchy in parts, but there were signs of better things to come and we played some lovely football in parts. He then went on and did, no bones about it, an excellent job at Brighton. Lost his way a bit after his experiences at Chelsea. Maybe he'll go abroad again as a refresher.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |
