I can't be bothered anymore. 09:35 - Oct 1 with 1420 views | mushinexile | The opening nag screen allowed me to refuse all cookies. Now it doesn't and I have to turn off each "legitimate interest" tag manually. It has taken six minutes and 117 clicks to get here and I simply don't think it is worth my time to log in here any more if it takes this much effort every time just to view the forum. I wish you all and the Saints every success but I'm out of here. Thank you all for your support, good humour and infornative, enjoyable banter.

I can't be bothered anymore. on 14:40 - Oct 1 with 1165 views | Support | There is something wrong if you have to do this each time. I would suggest that if that is happening for others then maybe you have a corrupted cookie. Delete them for this site if you can and, erm, you'll have to set your preferences again so I apologise for that. We're using the industry standard "CMP" here so you'll see this on other sites too.

Yes, it's certainly not the same as it used to be. The questions about accepting various categories of cookies come up every time. Before, once you'd stated your preferences, you didn't have to keep on doing it again every day. You're right: it is getting annoying. [Post edited 2 Oct 15:51]

I can't be bothered anymore. on 16:50 - Oct 2 with 613 views | LondonSaint76 | Mushinexile no need to go! The answer may be to use Private Browsing. Open the site in a PB window or tab, you can then just accept all cookies, however, when you exit the site the PB window or tab wipes all cookies, it leaves nothing on your phone or PC. It also takes out the log in info so you have to log back in when you access the site again. As long as you make sure your browser has a saved password function enabled it is just two clicks for me to log back in. So, open the UI site in a PB window (one click for me), accept cookies (one click) then log in (two more clicks as the saved password kicks in as long as you have stored it) job done. Then when you leave the UI site the PB wipes the slate clean, no trace of any cookies are left behind. Certainly better than having to do over 100 clicks for sure.

Probably the same as the BBC site, but still too much. I check several sites, several times a day, and it becomes offensively intrusive.
