After 32 minutes I have jumped from number 87 in the queue to number 69. Such a shambles I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with the fall out on this mess! I reckon I will have to be prepared to wait at least 2 hours for a transaction that as a season ticket holder, should take no more than 10 minutes. | | | |

My 7 year Grandson supports Man City I have taken him to the Etihad twice (makes me a proper Man City plastic).
He's been to a handful of Swans game with me.

He may never have the opportunity to watch his heroes again ( dare I said it) but he'll always remember his Bampi for helping to for fill his dreams , and you never know new heroes always emerge and his may become dressed in white. | |
