There was no comment Gazza as I haven't been on the forum since before you posted it. I see that others have pointed things out like.... Casemiro ended yesterday's game with fu.k me an INJURY!
One thing that hasn't been mentioned was Man U game was Sunday not 12.30 on Saturday. Btw he was in South Korea and Japan not Brazil....do your research before shouting the odds.
McCallister was subbed after 62 mins, don't know the reason. Again he played Sunday at 4.30pm not 12.30 on Saturday, that's probably training on Saturday and an activation session on Sunday to assess and prepare. We didn't have that opportunity. That applies to Casemiro too. Btw McCallister rated a 4.24 on the BBC website.
No one is saying no club ever picks a player after midweek internationals, the circumstances are considered and the player is assessed before a decision is made.
Would you rather Saito, Burrell and Hayden had started, stayed on till half time and picked up an injury or two in doing so? Julien made a decision to go with the players that he had been working with and preparing for the game. Ok, his plan didn't work in terms of the result but that may have happened anyway.
Interesting that you should look at other clubs as you have previously mentioned, on more than one occasion, that you are not interested in them! |

IMHO, JS or the club or whoever got it wrong. We should be getting 3 points against an average Millwall Team but we didn't and IMHO it was the Team we started with did not help the cause.
