Nick Oyekunle 17:58 - Oct 9 with 640 views | grumpy | I know hes only 18,but under the circumstances is it worth putting him on the bench? Some of the finest players have started really early, why not give him a chance?

Nick Oyekunle on 18:30 - Oct 9 with 585 views | grumpy | I am getting fed up with how things are at the moment. I read that according to one report Aribo is on £70,000 a week,he hasn't played a first team game yet this season.Has he even been on the bench? With Stewart injured again are we going to persist with the shortest forward line I can remember.? Robinson, what are they thinking ,the last game he wasn't even on the bench.

Mmmm, interesting. I’d certainly put him on the bench for the Swansea game.

Better youth scoring stats than a certain Mr. A. Shearer then, or M. LeTissier for that matter - look what they did when given their respective chances at around the same age as Oyekunle is now. On Shearer’s home debut he was up against Arsenal, on LeTissier’s home debut he up against Spurs - Oyekunle would be up against Swansea. What’s not to like about giving the lad a chance? Can he do worse than DDD? (Damion ‘Donkey’ Downs), no chance. Best thing they can do with Donkey Downs is tether him to a goalpost at the training ground and let him keep the grass in check. 🫏 🙂
