"Not only on a replacement manager if needed, a review of all the dynamic behind the scenes will be done."

I wonder if they are starting to question the same areas as some of us.

Sheehan and O'Dea will be gone by Saturday night if we lose against Norwich. No need to consider O'Dea as caretaker.

They need a replacement, at least a temporary one, lined up now.

Hopefully Sheehan turns it around and we don’t need one, but if things carry on as they are things will come to a head. We really can’t afford to fanny around for weeks with no direction like we did under Levein and Kaplan if that happens

I too hope sheehan turns it round but I doubt it will happen whilst o'dea is barking at him.

I thought Stamenic was poor again last night, static in the middle ,standing too close to opponents when we had the ball instead of moving into space and making himself available and he’s been like this for the last few games,we were more dynamic and attacking when he went off
I don’t think Sheehan will change but the optimist in me hopes
I hope the owners have started looking for replacement if they are having doubts in Sheehan

Yes it's been very noticeable that his positional sense is lacking and becomes invisible

Then Sheehan isnt the man for the job....he is the HEAD coach not O'Dea
Sheehan should say I hear whar your saying its not working though its not what got ke reuslts last season or the job then revert to last years plan.

If the priblem is the change of O'Dea for Fotheringham then maybe last years auccess wasnt down to Sheehan but Fotheringham.....

Something has definitely changed and since O’Dea came in and not for the better,it’s been like Luke Williams football

I was thinking this yesterday. He also doesnt pick up runners and teams get chances of the back of this. I know Yalcoure got sent of yesterday which was stupid of him but his pressing and energy brings so much more to the team. He is raw i agree with that but with a better touch early on he would have been in on goal and also done a nice reverse pass early on too. Hes got a lot to learn but rather the midfield 3 of yalcoure, franco and galbraith.
