I’m surprised you think that Keith. Doesn’t chase back & makes Ki look like Billy Bremner when it comes to tackling. All about opinions 👍

Long contracts won’t keep them here. It will just get us a better price. We need to get a team sticking together to get momentum going.

Agreed. He battled back to win the ball to set up Vipi for his second thunderbolt. Everyone remembers Vipi's strike, yet nobody remembers who won the ball back for us in the first place. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Ronald does a lot of defensive work. A lot.
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Inoussa should always start on the left wing. Eom just not good enough ATM

That pass won’t get enough credit. He didn’t win the ball back, the Norwich player misfit a pass directly to him, but the vision to play it perfectly to Vipotnik first time when he had virtually no time to react was impressive. Most players would have taken a touch, then had a look up, making it harder for Vipotnik when he got it. Not that Vipotnik didn’t still have a hell of a lot to do or that I wouldn’t be starting Inoussa, but credit where it’s due.

We are managed by a former full back and have ex defenders for coaches. It’s about time we got an attack minded coach in to start pinning sides back rather than be so defensive minded. It’s terrible to watch

Funny how many see players different to others. I think a lot of unfair critism has gone Eom way. He did well yesterday. Personally I like him. Same goes for Stamenic, who showed with more freedom and attack he can be the plyyer we want and not the Fulton role.
| Eon on 11:15 - Oct 27 with 529 views | Legend83 | He has one of the better levels of ball control in the squad and I like how his jinky-ness changes the angle of attack or defence, he is very agile. But obviously has his down-sides like all in our squad (or they would be playing at a higher level). | | | |

But is he effective Does what he does have any impact ? I’d say no mainly as he’s very physically weak so any good stuff is negated He is easily targeted by opposition , rather like our full backs who still allow crosses to come on without a challenge

He's been a particular scapegoat for one or two for a while now. Decent player IMO. Criticised when he plays decently, faint praise when he excels.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

His style kind of reminds me of Ollie Cooper, with his dribble-first mentality. But, he did make an excellent pass to Zip for the 2nd goal. Wouldn't hurt to spend more time in the weight room to strengthen/muscle up his physical presence on the field.

Not sure if that’s aimed at me but I personally think with how decent our squad is he should be nowhere the starting 11. All about opinions hey

No, not you particularly. I've said many times that I don't think he's a natural winger and does about as well as can be expected given that. I think he's better on the ball and more able to beat players than Ronald, who seems undroppable. In a team that got forward more quickly and allowed our attacking players a bit more space instead of consistently asking them to break down packed defences I think he'd look even better. Otherwise he's about as good as many other players in and around the side. It's not as if he starts every game. If we're picking players who should be nowhere near the starting XI at this point then Cullen is the obvious one. [Post edited 27 Oct 19:39]

Because a player is criticised it doesn’t mean he is hated or a scapegoat Scapegoat is a lazy use of a word EOM is ineffective He produces nowt He always has

Not generally no, but as all you do is hate, as loudly and as often as you possibly can, then it's a valid use. You've never even seen Eom play in the flesh yet you despise him as if he broke into your house and shat on your sofa. You are a very strange man.
