I disagree, Hooper much the better signing. Austin still a decent player though, better than a lot of current options.
Good to see we have an actual policy in place too, a contingency if 1st choices dont come off.

And thats the issue, id have taken Austin any day before his medical, probably over Hooper, however if that medical is to be believed it wouldn't be the best move in the world.

He had an amazing season for sure, but there was a fairly large part of it where he barely scored any goals. I don't think he's a particulary good all round player either! But what choice do we have, Hoopers gone to Norwich because he's so 'ambitious' after all. |  |
